Training and Development Lead III Senior



Job Description:

*Leads the development of a comprehensive training plans that outline objectives, materials, schedules, and assessment methods covering all training requirements not related to TADSS devices including exercise planning, scenario development and leadership training program (LTP) support.

*Leads the coordination of logistics for training sessions, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are available.

*Conducts hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars focused on non-TADSS related training including practical demonstrations and simulations including CTCs/CTC rotations, installations, U.S. Army Commands, SC missions, scenario development, AARs, Contracted Role Players (CRPs), Civilians On the Battlefield (COBs), Higher Control (HICON), Training Analysis and Feedback Facility (TAFF) support.

*Evaluates the effectiveness of the training, gathers feedback from participants and stakeholders, and integrates this feedback into future training updates and improvements.

*Could serve as a TDL Project Manager. Courses are offered through Computer Based Training Instruction (CBTI) or Classroom formats. Performs maintenance instruction.



Education/Experience:

*(10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree).

Required Experience:

*Experience in leading the development of a comprehensive training plan that outlines objectives, materials, schedules, and assessment methods covering all training requirements not related to TADSS devices including exercise planning, scenario development and leadership training program (LTP) support.

*Experience in leading the coordination of logistics for training sessions, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are available.
